Delete your account and data

This page explains how to ask for your data in the Android app GeoMeter: Land Area Measure (uz.geometer.app), developed by Doston, to be deleted. You can request deletion of your whole account or only part of your data.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to support@geometer.uz with the subject "GeoMeter data deletion". The button below opens a ready-made email.
2. If you signed in with Google in the App, write the Google account email you used. If you never signed in, write the names and approximate dates of a few of your saved measurements, so we can find your anonymous backup.
3. Say what to delete: everything (default), only the measurement backup, or only the support chat history.

Email a deletion request

We will confirm by email and delete the data within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account in Firebase Authentication (Google sign-in or anonymous identifier).
• All backed-up measurements: names, points/coordinates, area, distance and dates.
• Your support chat messages and the name, phone number and device information sent with them.

What is kept

• Usage statistics in Google Analytics for Firebase are not linked to your name or email and are deleted automatically after up to 14 months.
• Crash reports in Firebase Crashlytics are deleted automatically after up to 90 days.

Data on your phone

Measurements stored on your phone are not affected by a deletion request. Delete them in the App (Saved → delete) or uninstall the App to remove them from the device.
